DOOR PANEL CONSTRUCTION
Simple yet beautiful and tough, Wood Veneer Series doors are made of MDF (medium-density fiberboard) or plywood topped with real wood veneer. For strength and durability, the rigid frame is constructed of real wood reinforced with the real wood lock stile and hinge stile on either side.

The internal structure consists of strips of MDF held securely in place like a lattice. Together they add a considerable mass to the panel, thereby making it strong and giving a sense of compactness when opening, closing, and knocking on it.
​
The rigid frame of the Wood Veneer Series is made of real wood to protect against twisting and warping. Plus, it’s reinforced with an array of MDF strips resembling a lattice for extra strength.

Doortech shutters in the Wood Veneer Series come in a variety of wood grains and modern colors.
The decorative covering is made of real wood veneer. Wood grain patterns can be chosen
from T-series, FW-series, Aro-series, and F-series listing.

• Door panels can be made to particular size specifications. They don’t come with a factory color finish. Customers must have protective lacquer coating done on site.
• Door shutters can be made more than 3 meters high.
• The company accepts orders for door installation and painting services. Plus, it can give paint color advice to customers and carpenters.
